From the time you accept Jesus Christ, you have power! Even when you don’t know the power you inherited through Christ, you must protect your integrity and your faith, in order to protect your power, to prosper in life. You have the power to protect yourself from the ungodly, by your decisions to uphold God’s principles as your foundation. Do not fear the suggestions of the ungodly, knowing that your resistance against the enemy blocks the enemy’s harm because God is your protection! What the enemy wants you to fear, will be the enemy's demise. The enemy wants you to believe he knows your future, but the enemy doesn’t know the things in the near or far future that God will turn in your favor, when you honor God’s command to have compassion for the least among us. The enemy operates from an angle of hatred, which leads to devastation for him. God encourages all to operate from a spirit of love because love (respect) for all humankind is the power that leads to prosperity!
Don’t listen to an unbeliever or follow his plans. An unbeliever tries to divert your godly agenda, even if you have not formulated it, yet. The enemies of God go after young promising people, before they have chance to decide what they want to do in life. But, it is important to not be roadblocked from your prosperity-potential by the ungodly, who live careless and reckless, ignoring the principles of God.
Seek the truth. Don’t trust anyone who wants you to ignore the truth, anyone who compulsively lies. Don’t be fooled into thinking a person that lies compulsively is not lying to you, also. Don’t be fooled by the confidence of a liar. Liars show confidence when lying because they are desperate to con you, to get what they want. If you side with a liar, he will be a threat to your life, your prosperity, and your future.
Stand up for justice. Stand up against greedy selfish people with the wisdom of God. God does not tell you to be nice and complacent towards evil and corrupt individuals. Have nothing to do with them, and do not patronize their businesses. Foremost, protect the innocent in society from the greedy. Stand up against the greedy, who establish laws to prey on the innocent, people in society who cannot help themselves, whether that be the elderly, immigrants, the sick, or people of color.
Stand up for God, and be loyal to God. Liars and cheaters know that the easiest way to steal from you is to gain your loyalty. Once you totally trust them, they turn on you. Trusting an ungodly person is to your detriment. They will undermine your integrity, your livelihood and your future plans. "Resist liars and cheaters, and they will flee!" James 4:7
Do not support (give money or loyalty) to the financially well-off. God commands we give help to the least among us. You get no reward when you give to those who are financially well-off, who constantly beg for your money. By helping those who can’t help themselves, you will get your reward from God—your bills will be paid, you will be given unexpected opportunity, etc.
Do not give money to causes that you cannot verify. Don’t give money to a missionary project oversees, if you cannot verify it, for yourself. Do not give money for orphans, advertised on television, if you cannot verify the organization is legit and that your money will go to help orphans. Don’t be fooled by pictures of sad children, if you can’t verify the missionary work is legit. Any project through your church should be accountable to church members, and should be a mission any member can participate to see the actual work being done. If it is a problem to see the work in progress, then make it a problem to give your money to that cause. Your intentions are not fulfilling God's command, if your donations are going into the pockets of middle-men, instead of helping the least among us.
Stand up for humanity, above profit. Help those who are less fortunate, in need, and God will prosper you. Your bills will be paid and you will get opportunities in high places. Those who care about profit, at the expense of human life, will ultimately be scammed by the greediest in society. When people run after the rich and greedy, they will be conned out of their money in ways they don’t see coming. Many of the wealthiest are "rich" because they are mega scammers. They will gladly have you follow them, if you are naive enough, but they know you will gain nothing because they will not give you anything, but empty promises and illusions. They will tell you, you are better off by following them, but you will actually lose money because they will constantly ask you to put your money into something that will never yield a profit for you. You are only putting money into their pockets. The rich will tell you, you will profit, but they will actually gain from you. They don’t put out their money; they get hardworking people to put out money for them. When you care about money, and are willing to use the needy through divisiveness and racism, your desire to get ahead at the detriment of the innocent will cause you to "get taken" by someone who is greedier than you. The only way to prosper, is to help those who are the least among us, and if you establish a cause or business that successfully helps mankind, you will advance.
Don’t be led to follow anyone for promises of money, to harm others. The greedy rich make promises that they will never keep. You will never see money promised by a con man; you will simply be a fall guy, as you do dirty work, for another person to make money. Don’t be ignorant of a person’s evilness and greed, because they appear to have great success. Corruption leads to a devastating end! A greedy person's "success" today, is bankruptcies and legal sentences tomorrow.
Do not trust what you hear, when it doesn’t make sense. When anyone implies that a whole ethnicity or nationality of people are a threat to society, reason out how absurd that is. Understand divisiveness is a tactic used by the enemy of God, to dismiss God’s command to “have compassion for all people.” The blessings of prosperity are rooted in compassion for all. A person prospers in business when he shows compassion and equality to all workers and customers, not tolerating divisiveness. A businessperson is not successful (even if he reports to be worth millions) when he chooses to bypass the fundamental and universal rule of life – compassion towards all. A corrupt businessperson will face ongoing loses of extreme proportion, and will never be satisfied.
Don’t allow yourself to be misled by the fools of the world, who put profit above humanity. Their flashy items and expensive goods can never fill their empty souls. They crave for more and more, with no satisfaction. Don’t be fooled by their bragging; they are not content. As a Christian, the power you have is integrity in Christ. Don’t partner with, or follow, the ungodly. Don’t live like the ungodly and unbelievers, but live the more excellent way, by following God’s principles, rooted in “love thy neighbor, as yourself” which gives you the foundation to prosper.
